These Terms govern your use of e-Vize Assist. By ticking the checkout box and paying, you agree to them.
1. Definitions
“Service” means our independent application assistance. “Official fee” means the government/visa fee. “Service fee” means our private assistance fee. “You” means the applicant or payer.
2. Nature of the service
We help prepare and submit applications and communicate status updates. We do not issue visas. Approvals are decided solely by competent authorities.
3. Eligibility and your duties
You must provide accurate data and valid documents, check official requirements, and ensure your passport meets stay-extension rules.
4. Fees and payment
Fees are shown before payment: official fee, our service fee, and any processing fee. Currency is typically USD. Payment is taken by our payment processor on behalf of the merchant of record identified at checkout.
5. Delivery
After payment we process your file and email status / download instructions when available. Timing depends on review and government systems.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Governed by the Refund Policy. Chargebacks must follow card-scheme and processor rules; contact us first with your reference number.
7. Intellectual property
Site design, text and software are protected. You may not scrape or resell our service without consent.
8. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for authority decisions, border refusals, or outages of third-party systems, except where mandatory law says otherwise. Our liability is capped at the service fee you paid us for the related application where permitted.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version linked at checkout applies to that payment.
10. Company details

11. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, disputes should first be raised with us in writing. Venue and applicable law will follow the company’s place of establishment once registered details are published.
