Generally non-refundable once submitted to the authority, unless the authority grants a refund.

2. Our service fee

May be considered if we cannot deliver the agreed assistance, or where mandatory law requires. Not refundable solely because a visa is refused after correct submission.

3. Processing fees

Card/processor fees are usually non-refundable.

4. How to request

Email support@evisaturkeyportal.com with tracking code, payment reference, and reason. We aim to respond within a reasonable time.

5. Chargebacks

Contact us before opening a dispute so we can investigate unfinished transactions.
