This Policy explains how e-Vize Assist processes personal data.
1. Controller
Legal entity details (registered name, registration number, addresses, phone) are published in Site Settings → Company information and on the Contact page when available. Until completed, write to the email below. Email: support@evisaturkeyportal.com.
2. Data we collect
Identity and travel-document data, contact details, payment references (not full card PAN — handled by the processor), application answers, IP address, user-agent, consent records, and support correspondence.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the Service (contract), take payment, prevent fraud (legitimate interests / legal obligations), communicate status (contract), and comply with AML/KYC or accounting rules where applicable.
4. Sharing
We may share data with hosting providers, email providers, payment processors (currently Stripe; may include Tranzzo or successors), and with competent authorities when legally required or needed to submit your visa application. We do not sell personal data.
5. International transfers
Servers or processors may be outside your country. Where required we use appropriate safeguards.
6. Retention and security
We keep data only as long as needed for the Service, disputes, and legal retention. We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk.
